"My experience here was amazing. I couldn’t turn my phone on at all whatsoever, I tried everything. I forgot the managers name but she was working on (2/20/24). She took the phone to the back and turned it on in less than 30 seconds, amazing! She should be rewarded by the workplace immediately."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. They were suppose to fix my son ps5 (which took 3-4 weeks) not even a month later I had the same HDMI problem. Brought the ps5 back to them and they said they would look at it once the manager called me back (this was late October) he stated the HDMI was broken. I took it to a place called REPAIR PLUS in Hammond Indiana and they fixed it CORRECTLY and let me know that whoever was working o. It last messed something up inside. I wasted $200 at this place they are a scam and don’t do good work. They try to patch the problem but not properly fix it. They are TERRIBLE. If you want your games or phones fix CORRECTLY I advise you to go to REPAIR PLUS in Hammond Indiana."

"A complete scam. I had my IPhone back repaired here after thanksgiving. Originally I was told the repair would take a couple of days, after waiting 3 days I called for an update and they told me they had broken my new back while trying to put it on, and that they would not have my back on until later in the week. That is not the issue I am reviewing about today though. After having my new back on, it shattered through the case after the very first drop from waist a level fall. When I took it in to see what they could do for me, they blamed me for dropping it again and told me I’d have to pay full price for another repair. A complete waste of money at this place. Complete scammers that take advantage of people by giving them false promises. The quality of the iPhone back that I had is a fraction of what it normally is. I am beyond disappointed in this place and I HIGHLY encourage anyone getting the back of their iPhone repaired to take it ANYWHERE else besides here. A joke of a business. The lady at the desk goes “wow I’ve never seen this happen before” yeah right…"

"Absolute joke of a business. Get my phone smashed to the ground by a toddler and come to this place in hopes of getting it replaced. well, they broke our replacement the first time, had our phone a week longer than they estimated, and once it gets fixed, one small fall from the pocket, shattered yet again. We come back in and theres nothing they can do but charge us another $200 to replace their poorly done job. If i was going to donate $200 to this place then i wouldve NEVER gotten fix to begin with. HORRIBLE service. Will never come to this location again and Please listen to me when i say you shouldnt either. 0 stars."

"Great place, quick fix and friendly staff. I had gone thinking the charging port on my iPhone was broken but Sarah had told me it just needed a bit of a thorough cleaning. Sure enough, my phone charged perfectly once she was done. I was in and out quickly, and the best part is that they offered I leave a review instead of having to pay. All in all a great experience"
