"I tried to return a brand new motor that I bought from them 2 days prior, never even removed the Styrofoam from the box, but the women still wouldn't give me a refund. Refused to help and "there's nothing else I can do". No customer service. I contacted upper management. They were able to issue me a refund, with no issues. "I’m not the person to leave a review whether good or bad, but I had such a terrible experience that I need to say something.They should rename this place Unreliable Parts. Ordered parts and was given the run around for 2+ months telling me the opposite of what the previous person said. Stating my parts were in stock shipped and in Indianapolis to they were never shipped and back ordered. After waiting 2+ months I canceled my order only for them to short me on the reimbursement! Called multiple people that couldn’t help me until I went in to the store, in which they were very short/ rude. I recommend looking elsewhere for parts unless they have them on hand."
