Donatos Pizza

"We came to this location after being treated like an intrusion at the Noblesville location. Devin was very kind and quickly took our orders. I asked about a few of the toppings and he gave descriptive concise answers. He was patient and made sure our order was correct. The music was slightly loud, and at our request, he turned it down without batting an eye. The other members of the staff here are equally kind and are pleasant to interact with."

"I ordered a large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza for Carryout tonight. It was supposed to be ready at 8:26 p.m. I arrived at the Donato's arrived 8:45, went inside and told the guy that I was picking up a pizza for Kelly M. He turned around to see which pizza was mine and realized that they had 2 orders for Kelly. He said door dash had just picked an order for Kelly. I take it that he didn't look before he handed the pizza over to the door dash driver to see which Kelly order, he was giving them. He had to make another pizza for me. I had planned to just come pick up the pizza and be right back home, so we could eat dinner, I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes for him to make me a pizza and then put it in the oven to bake. The employee never apologized for the mistake that he made. The employees at this location seem to be scatter brained and very unorganized. I just became a new customer of Donato's in January and the experience I have had so far, does not please me at all. The last time I ordered cheese bread, it was not cut at all, so I had to come home and cut it with a knife. I think I will go back to ordering pizza's from Jet's Pizza"

"Don’t even deserve the one star. We have had nothing but bad experiences since they switched to door dash for delivery. Few weeks ago we ordered pizza scheduled to be delivered after I got home from work, showed up a few hours early. Why put a time option if that isn’t something they do anymore? Last night we tried again but waited so we didn’t have to schedule ahead I will admit it was late, pizza was supposed to be delivered before they even closed but it never showed up even though we had a confirmation and where charged."

"Do NOT order delivery here. The pizza is good, but they outsource delivery to DoorDash and it is terrible. We ordered our pizza on the Donato’s website, NOT through DoorDash, but they don’t have their own drivers so they just send it to DoorDash anyway. A half hour after our order was promised, we called the restaurant and were told our order was done and waiting on a DoorDash driver to pick it up. We offered to come and get it ourselves, but they said that was not possible. It was in the system so it had to wait for Doordash. Well, it ended up arriving an hour and 15 minutes late. And, since it was ready and waiting all that time, of course it was cold. From these reviews, this seems to happen often. The pizza is done and has to wait an hour for someone to pick it up, thanks to DoorDash’s poor service. Donato’s needs to drop DoorDash. I don’t see that happening any time soon because it seems Donato’s is aware and doesn’t care. So, order pizza here, but PICK IT UP! Do not get delivery."

"Nice friendly staff and very clean restaurant and bathrooms. No customers on a Friday night after 8:30pm... it is high school football season so maybe it will pick up. Great food just not a busy night time location. Nice and safe just not busy."
