"The last three attempts at this store have galvanized me to never go to any Popeyes ever again!! It's apparently impossible to get any employees who actually work or care enough to do their jobs. The product could be great if only the employees actually facilitated it."

"Old food cold fries hateful staff. Order always wrong. Stayed parked at the window while they searched the whole restaurant for salt packets? Strange... And why do you get a mobile order number and the app specifically says " give them your order number" then you get there and they can't find it so they ask your name instead? Why are such simple things over complicated? And how hard is it to smile? I'm on the receiving end of horrible service yet I still smile. They could too. It was not busy. One car in front of me. I don't appreciate the old cold food."

"It never seems to what location I go to to that, when I choose to go, my order is NEVER, CORRECT! What goes on between your walls scares me of what customer service represents! The food is great! However getting what I order, the "human factor", consistently fails all my expectations. I must ALWAYS verify my order, and yet. It's still wrong. It's a damn shame you spend so much energy and effort to make great food! But, to waste all that money and lack of training to assure that the guest gets what they order and pay for! Over, and over the attendees are lackidasickle, truly dont care or a urge finalize tthe transaction . Your efforts are miss guided. It's great product. Be proud and sell it like you mean it! Everyone that works their should be proud of the product that you serve! "Pride vrs Pay"! Never forget!"

"Saturday at noon, ordered 8 piece family meal with 2 chicken sandwiches in the drive thru. After paying, had to wait over 20 minutes with still no food, went into restaurant to get my order. Dark meat chicken was said to be the hold up, and it still needed 5 more minutes!!! This is supposed to be FAST food!! I requested for them to put the classic chicken in a box that was ready, even though it was all white meat. Staff then put the 2 sandwiches together, very slowly. The Mac and cheese was not eatable, as the cheese had separated and it tasted old. Why can't a chicken restaurant have adequate chicken available at noon!!!! They were not that busy, and we saw 3 of them go out for smoke break while we were waiting, at NOON!!"

"If your a fan of fried chicken give the place a try. The taste is different than the other chicken place known all over. I got the 2 piece combo ( thigh and breast) Food came out piping hot and not to greasy. A plus IMHO the sides are a bit different than what I'm used to but a nice change."
