"I made an order through Uber eats. Dairy Queen called me to apologize that they no longer had the item but would be happy to switch it with something else. I changed it to the blizzard of the month. The person on the phone was super courteous, extra nice, and really made the experience soooo much better. It’s good to see and hear such wonderful customer service. Thank you DQ team!"

"Soda machine was flat, had no co2, was given one sauce for a 6 piece chicken tender and told .75 for a second sauce. Ice cream not working. This is a terrible location, will NEVER return."
"Second night in a row week tried it. I’ma HUGE DQ fan, it’s not that the blizzard that tastes bad. It’s the fact that they don’t mix the blizzard all the way down. 4 blizzards, top half blizzard-bottom half soft serve ONLY. If I wanted vanilla soft serve, i would have ordered that. You are cheating customers by skimming on the toppings. Never again. Go to Allisonville and 116th. They always thorough. Two nights in a row. 8 half blizzard lol"
