"Goddddddddddd I can't wait until Culver's opens up on McKinley. I pray every night before bed that they put the Dairy Queen on LWE out of business. Have been going to DQ on LWE out of necessity during Dairi Fair's off season since we moved here 6 years ago. The ice cream is consistently soupy and the service usually sucks more than anything that has ever sucked before. My wife ordered a New York Royale cheesecake blizzard and there was one piece of cheesecake, one piece of strawberry, and NO strawberry filling. Please refer to the picture. If the rocket scientists that work at the DQ on LWE are representative of the quality of human being that will someday be responsible for our existence........ God help us all"
"Twice now. I have ordered and bought turtle pecan blizzards they were not what they should have been. No caramel very little nuts or chocolate it looked like plain ice cream. I don’t like being cheated"
"Came in here November 16th to get an Ice Cream Cake.... Service is a bit slow. Staff members are basic, not rude, but not really pleasant. There was little to nothing for cake selections... it was a joke. We got blizzards instead.."
"We spent 40 minutes in the drive thru to have our order sitting on the counter melting. We asked for extra toppings on a couple of items and didn't receive any the most atrocious being charged for extra hot fudge in a blizzard and getting no hot fudge at all."
"Came in to have lunch. My girlfriend was able to finish her meal before mine ever came out. I was there around 30-40 mins. I refunded and left without having lunch with her. Didn’t offer to make anything right. There were other multiple issues going on with other customers while I was there and wasn’t overly busy. Multiple problems with cake orders. Customers in the restaurant weren't happy, even asking me what was going on. Employees are more worried about asking to clock out instead of finishing place an order. Called to speak to a DM after leaving and she didn’t care. Go to a different location."
