"Smoothies are good but customer service is terrible. Ive been 4 times since opening day and it’s progressively getting worse when its should be getting better. They are going to ruin the Smoothie King name. After today I wont be back. Not a single other person inside and it took them at least 5 minutes to acknowledge I was even in the building because they were having their own conversation and tell me it would be just a minute. I waited about 5 more and walked out after being ignored. There were 4 workers. The drive through person was just leaning against the window. One guy was rinsing blender cups then waiting on more dirty ones. The other 2 were making smoothies. Online order receipts were printing out and being made as I stand there in person waiting to order which is kinda just rude especially since this was the least busy I have seen it. I will just hit up one of the local owned shops next time! At least they are happy to get the business."
