"I go to this Starbucks daily. Typically it’s a great experience, and the staff are helpful and friendly. However today I went there and got a totally different experience. I ordered a drink that I have ordered many times before, but when I got the drink it looked much different than what it usually does. There’s obviously something missing or something included that shouldn’t be. I told the barista, an older lady with glasses, she seemed offended. She then proceeded to tell me that the way she made it was exactly how they ALWAYS are made. She indicated that I ordered it wrong, which after looking at the label, it’s clear I didn’t. She was extremely rude, and without fixing the drink or hearing me out she condescendingly and totally rude said “ you have a nice day”. The drink I ordered was a paradise drink. Picture of what I got is attached, as well as a picture of what it should look like. The drink I got was very dark, like orange juice. I’ve never seen it made this way, and further more it’s disgusting, very sour."
"My granddaughter recorded our experience here. Permission was given to do so. Everyone was friendly and respectful about it. We only hit a couple small snags. One, was that she ordered a Unicorn Cake Pop but they forgot to give it to us until we went asking for it, which they promptly did, and the other was that the person that took our order, heard her name wrong, which I believe happens rather often. Not too big of a deal. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. The building is nice and seems well kept. The staff was very friendly. I won't be posting the video experience, given it is a 9 year old doing the recording. She had fun doing it though. Pictures pulled from the video added."
