"We had to order at the the register. Menus were not available prior to the register. The community ice scoop that the public was using at the self-serve drink station cannot meet health code. We waited 45 minutes before going to the counter to ask about our food. We were given the breadsticks we ordered. After an hour of waiting the employee that gave me the breadsticks asked what we ordered. He returned with the pizza. Later we were given salads. We asked for a fork that was never delivered. The employees were working but it was chaos. We’ve had good experiences here before but this was terrible. Customers were busing tables so they would have a place to eat and talking among themselves about the horrible dining experience. Unfortunately we will not be back to this establishment."

"This place was completely self serve. The only thing we didn’t have to do was make our own pizzas. When we walked in, a girl handed us a handful of menus and said to pick a table and go up to the carry out register when we were ready to order. The name has the word PUB in it but they didn’t have a bar tender the only person over 21 that could serve was the manager who was “too busy to mess with it”. After I had done all the leg work and was told that I could even go get my own box for my unfinished pizza, the girl was surprised that I didn’t leave a tip. After not being able to order what I wanted and doing a wait staff’s job, I feel like they should have tipped me. I loved this place when it first opened but I don’t think I would go back now until someone else found out that the conditions had gotten better then told me about it."

"They have drastically changed the way they do business. They no longer have waitresses, each person has to order what they want at one counter which makes for a very long wait. You have to go get your own drinks too. Their pizza was usually decent but now we will go somewhere else where the customer and service is more important. We left and ate at a nice restaurant."

"We really enjoy this Noble Roman's and have ordered quite a few times. After this trip, I don't know if we will return. We had a wait time of 20 minutes for curbside. After 30 min, nobody brought out pizza out. I went in. They couldn't find my order. The hostess came to ask me what I ordered, i told her Sicilian with toppings, breadsticks and extra sauces. They "find" my order. Bring it out, I ask, are all the extra sauces in the bag. She says yes. I did a double check of the order. I was missing 3 sauces. I check the pizza, it's a regular pizza! So, I had to wait for a new Sicilian to be made only to open the box, to a pizza that looks like it was literally tossed in. What was 20 min, turned into an hour!! There seemed to be no management around. And never received as much as an apology!"
