"Called on 02/29/24 at 12:10 pm and incredibly rude female answered phone. Asked 2 very simple questions about an order I was placing and she responded with incredibly rude and short tone. It was evident she wanted to argue with me about you guys never carrying dijon mustard or sprouts (nbd really, but I didn’t engage. I will never go back there, world needs less people like this in the service industry."

"Ordered today for one sandwich. Ordered was received and “out for delivery” within 4 minutes. Seems great but then took over an hour to be delivered. Called the store at 30 minutes and she assured me it’s been less than 30 minutes, even though it was more. Then I waited 35 minutes more. So glad I’m forced to tip at the time of order for a mobile delivery and no choice to leave feedback in the app for a soggy wrap and a soft drink with melted ice. 1 star for freaky slow."

"Went in at 9:30 when they close at 10. Employees were visibly shaking their heads at me and no one would help me and gave me attitude when I asked to order. I understand coming in 5 minutes before close as being considered inconsiderate but I figured I would be fine showing up 30 minutes before close. Will not go here again."
