"The manager is extremely rude she has short Grey hair. The food was cold and my child's nuggets were burned. Went to put him in a high chair it was full of pull but they had them in the cleaned area. All of the tables were dirty with food on the tables"
"they asked me, even though they are a multibillion dollar company, to donate money to some cause and i would get a coupon for a free drink. so i did it. then i tried using the coupon a few days ago and the manager refused to honor it because it expired the exact month they gave it to me. Beyond the fact it’s crazy they ask customers for donations- but the coupons they promise in return for donating expire within a week of receiving them. also annoying that the manager wouldn’t just give me the drink. she said if she gave me a drink then EVERYONE gets a free drink. what kind of manager handles issues this way? just ridiculous."
"They are very fast and efficient at getting hot food out. I find it disgusting though that the guy working the cash register put his hand all over everything and then when putting fries in the bag sticks his thumb inside the fry box with your fries to pick them up and put them in your bag."
"McDonald's didn't have the boo buckets, so we left and came here. Im glad we did. The food was good and fresh. Great service and friendly employees. The restaurant was clean nicely remodeled. I work in good service too so I appreciate all of this. We will be back soon."
"I would like to be contacted by the Genersl Manager so I can explain what I witnessed in their drive thru at about 505 pm tonight. It's absolutely not acceptable for a fast food employee, Manager at that to scream profanity at a customer. Summer screamed profanity while myself and 3 other cars sat in your drive thru. I later was told by employees he was rude at the speaker. Well he waited at the speaker while I drove up. He was asked to wait and they took my order immediately. Then another car was pulling up as I pulled away. I'm sure he said something but what I witnessed was unacceptable, I'll never go back to this location. I would like to be contacted. Summer needs dome professional development to say the least. She threatened him w police bit she's the one that walked outside w the attitude."
