"I would have given it a zero if I could. I walked into this store to browse clothing and not only wasn't greeted. I was flat out ignored. The two associates seemed more concerned with chatting amongst themselves to acknowledge me. Too bad too, because I would've likely spend a substantial amount of money. They need to work on customer service etiquette."
"Nothing wrong with this location but this is only way I have found to leave review. Bought a dress & changed my mind. Went to the store but their system was down so they couldn't do return. Went back week later and was told since I paid with paypal I could only get a gift card. I opted to mail the dresses back because I could not find one I likes there for my pictures & was told could get credit to my account if I mailed it back. At this point it had was past the return window (no fault of my own), so called customer service line. No answer on hold forever so called back next day and legit was on hold for 25 before hanging up. Decided to mail back my dresses with a note explaining all this & saying I wanted a credit to my bank account and NOT gift card. Waited a month after they "received" the dresses back & they sent me an E giftcard! This company has etrocious corporate customer service."
"I was an employee and shopper at the Castleton location. As a sales person the starting salary is 9.00 an hour. No, matter how much experience you have in retail. I fell from a ladder and hurt my back while working there. I have health insurance. At the time I fell from the ladder I had a Nerve Block procedure was done by my back a couple of days before my fall. The store the manager acts as if she couldn't do certain activities that were going to require hard work. ( taking the trash out, lifting, climbing, etc ). I feel the fall has made my back a lot worse. No one from corporate has reached out to me!"
"Bought a skirt. Skirt didn't fit correctly. Called and emailed HQ to exchange and not once ever responded to my inquiry.. Nothing wrong with this particular store.. just the corporation in general."
