"WOW. I ordered 2 sandwiches plain, and find out that you don't get a bun? What the???? And now no napkins in the lobby so all I get are the 2 napkins at the bottom of the bag that have started soaking up the grease? You could do better McDonald's Probably my last stop at this location."

"I ordered well done fries..meaning crispy..I have NEVER had an issue till tonight..this location is usually the BEST in ordering what is requested...NOT tonight..the employee was very rude..she said what do you want? Do u want them burnt? Then the manager came out..I thought she understood what I was upset about but she was actually even worse..she asked me to try my fries..they were extremely HOT..so it was hard to tell right away..they were NOT any better...very uncomfortable to be around..train your staff cause someone there knows what we'll done means..I have ordered them many times before!!"
"They are moving to self-ordering, so hard to say too much about the service. My order came out fast and was right, so that is great. The food is very consistent, and the prices are reasonable. Get the app! Very good deals only available in the app. No need to order at a kiosk or at the counter, just do your order in the app and it will know when you show up and it will be ready fast."
"Every table was dirty and the food was made wrong no pickles in cheese burgers and buns not toasted on bigmacs. I had to clean off my own table. It is 1208pm afternoon on Friday there are 4 people inside eating."
