"Employees and managers are extremely rude and disrespectful! They gave us old fries and got one of the burgers wrong. Took the items back and asked for them to be remade just for them to say they would only remake the burger. The receipt was right, food was wrong therefore this is the fault of the kitchen. The simple solution would have been to remake the food to ensure your customers received what they paid for. Instead, they spoke amongst themselves and completed avoided the request. Customer service is very poor; $35 wasted over what could have been a simple fix."
"Ordered 4 single burgers, three came out as doubles and one came out a hot dog. Buns were soggy. They ask for tips even though you get your own drink and buss your own table when your done eating."
