"I go every year to this store to purchase ornaments. The store is fabulous but the staff is rude. Not sure I will go back. I was purchasing several items today and was accused of giving them an already used $2.00 coupon. Then an item from the upstairs sale was marked 12.50 (originally $50 with 75% markdown) was told that it was a wrong tag and I couldn’t buy that. Instead of being happy with my ornament purchases, I left the store embarrassed and feeling accused. Very uncomfortable experience."
"Teresa's Hallmark Shop is one of the best in Indianapolis. Wonderful things to see and buy. There's one thing I think they should address, the large tree in front of the store drops large seed pods from a tree which can possibly cause a dent in your car, also you can trip on them while walking into the store. Be careful on the parking lot if you visit."
