"The Esthetic Loft and Alexis were both great experiences today! I will say that I missed the entrance to the building at first. It was a little confusing. Needless to say, I'm not too fond of the entrance to the building itself...but that has nothing to do with the business at all. The environment is clean and relaxing. Alexis asked plenty of questions before my facial and gave me an opportunity to voice any concerns or questions I personally may have had. They offer SEVERAL services and occasionally run specials. Sign up for their email communications to get these sent to you. Trust me, one more subscription won't hurt you. haha I find the price points to be on par and the service to be of high quality. "Had an INCREDIBLE experience at The Esthetic Loft! I got my eyebrows microbladed by Dana and it could not have gone better. The office space was clean, modern, inviting, and they had great polite service at check-in. My two sessions went seamless, Dana made me feel so comfortable and in good hands! She is AMAZING! Even when I was unsure about things, she assured me if I wasn't happy with the results I could return and she would make sure I loved it. (Which didn't need to happen because she killed it!) "Very disappointed in my eyebrow henna tattoo. I have watched so many videos on this and really wanted to try it. Basically all I got was color applied sat for 15 min wiped off. No eyebrow clean up. No shaping. Absolutely hate the color, it’s way to dark after I specifically ask for lighter than my hair. Will not go back. Henna tattoo is not what I got. Henna is a totally difference service than what they advertise."
