"Last comment was right. Absolutely incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would. Does not have the proper equipment to diagnose issues and basically all they do is throw parts at it until problem is solved, which never happened in my case. Had my vehicle for over a month and couldn't figure out why my airbag light wouldn't go off. Took my vehicle to caliber collision in Warsaw and had it fixed in three days. Chavez never sent a supplemental repair list to insurance, only fixed what was on initial estimate from over the video phone crash report done by a member of my insurance company. All they can do at Chavez is outer repairs. Had to adjust my headlights as well after being replaced since they were shining up in the tops of the tree line. Also don't ask them to tint any windows either. Had it done twice by them on driver side window. First time it lasted two days second time it lasted three weeks. Never even painted the inside of my brand new fender they put on. Save yourself a headache since they have no communication skills and do not update about status of vehicle unless you call them. Hope everybody the best of luck."

"Incompetent, period. They have high reviews because all their friends gave them high reviews. Do not take your vehicle here for anything. I took my vehicle here for an accident and they only repaired the outside the rest of the vehicle inside the engine compartment was still damaged. I took it back to them and nothing happened. Incompetent."
