"This store is closed and is during opening hours. The associate near the door when I walked up, was rude and dryly said that they were closed with no explanation. They could have at least placed a sign on the door indicating the problem. Family Dollar as a business just sucks. It's very poorly managed."
"After I left the store on down Bessemer road. I went to the one I in five points and what to my surprise the door lock. Bad business. I will go to Walmart or Roses across the street before I pull up at another family dollars. Poor service. Need to close the store if you don’t have worker to full the shift."
"Staff were helpful when asked upon. I must have shown up at delivery time because the isles were blocked and difficult to maneuver around. Even without the clutter the store could be cleaner and more organized."
