I had an excellent experience with John, who knows what he is doing when it comes to wipers and car washes. I recommend this car wash. Nice people, who run an honest business! Original Review "37 days ago I washed my car at Rich's Car Wash - Saraland. The wash ate the rear wiper off my car. I filled out a form for the attendants (who were very nice). As I write this, nothing has come of it. They did not even refund the cost of the wash. Do not go here! Nice people, shady business.""

"I was recommended by a coworker to come to Rich's. Today was my first visit and definitely my last visit. I asked for my vehicle to be detailed inside and out. I was charged $30 for a full detailed, my $30 went down the drain. I'm not pleased at all. I have attached photos to my review."

"My 2017 Camry had droplets of tree sap pretty much from bumper to bumper that had solidified into little crusty spots. The interior was also filthy, with plenty of sand, crumbs, and dog hair embedded in the carpets and seats. Patricia took a good look at my vehicle and quoted me an extremely reasonable price for a full detail. Picked up my car after she was finished and was blown away. She was extremely professional and got my car as close to show room condition as possible(I already had a few dents and a small crack in the windshield). All sap removed and the interior was as if I just drove it off the lot."

"When confronted that there was dust all over dash, they did not facing cup holders or wipe down the seats, the lazy staff said that was as good as they were able to clean it. Worst clean job I have ever seen."
