"He did an excellent job rebuilding my alternator and starter. He saved me around $300 and completed the work in half a day. He greatly exceeded my expectations."

"Very unprofessional and rude. It's not the owner himself, I was told by SEVERAL people that he is definitely a professional and has the best attitude. As for the older guy he has working for him, he seems to always have an attitude when someone calls to ask about a price on repairs. I'm almost sure fromwhat I've heRd about the owner, he doesn't know or approves of his unprofessionalism. My husband called to get a price on rebuilding a starter, he huffed and puffed...finally asked for a call back number and NEVER called back. But, oh well. Hopefully he realizes this is a job, his job, and he'll learn to respect it and appreciate it!"

"My wife took an old starter to these folks. She called me after she left and said "let me tell you something about that man you sent me to see." I cringed and prepared for the worst. "He is a D-Word son of a B-word" That's what my children called a really good guy when they were little. They heard their father say that -- without the redaction. Very good folks."
