"Great customer service is getting more difficult to find nowadays. Not a problem at Mavis. There wasn’t a soul in the place that didn’t say “how y’all doing. I stopped in to get a tire rotation for the first time in the area. They had me in and out in no time and to my surprise they didn’t even charge me for it. The waiting area is clean and roomy with comfortable chairs and there is a little play room for kids. Give these folks a try. I’m going back for my next set of tires. That’s how good customer service works. Thanks guys."

"Best customer service I have ever experienced on a Sunday! My sister experienced a flat while we were headed back to Louisiana. Brett did not give up on us. He called all over town until he found a tire. Nancy entertained my six year old son who is a busy body. They welcomed my party of 12 people in and made sure everyone was comfortable.
