"Jeff and the guys at Tire Works are absolutely fantastic! I brought them my truck and had a set of tires put on it. I picked it up and drove it home and parked it for a couple of days. Drove it to work, and I didn't like the feel of the tires at all. Talked to Jeff about my concerns. He told me to bring it in. He put another brand on it and called to tell me he felt the same issues I had described, even in the second set. He put my truck on the rack and inspected it. He told me he found nothing wrong with the truck and that it had to be the new tires. So he put another brand on it, which eliminated the issues and had the truck back to driving like it should.. He did all this with no extra cost to me. I have never received such great service and honesty from any tire dealer ever. These folks are honest to the core, and customer safety and satisfaction are their top priority. Thanks, Jeff!!"
