"First time here today. The lady definitely rushed through. Usually, after the shaping process is over with a tech they direct you to wash the excess shaving dust off, but the lady just started painting while dusty. My request was short coffin shaped :( I got sloppy, bulky set! Application is horrible! Looks like I did my own nails. I believe her name was Hong. Never again! I had somewhere to be next is the only reason it slid today. I don’t do reviews but SOMEBODY had to come see this!"
"I went in yesterday and told the guy at the counter I needed only to have my toenails clipped. I explained I am diabetic have a problem with my hip and I am legally blind so I can't do it myself. He tells me where to sit and a girl starts clipping. Every one she clipped hurt She clipped all of them way to short and cut my big toe in two places. One toenail almost completely gone. I had it done twice at Cindy's in Gardendale. Always comfortable never cut. This place was terrible. Won't make that mistake again!!!"
