"i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure. all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i definitely recommend this salon but make sure they know what you want."

"Needed a place to take me in ASAP. Needed a hair cut soon after having my baby girl my hair just didn’t look the same so definitely needed the hair cut a few months after and let me say they did a great job. I love a place you can be yourself and people talk to you. Update 1/2/20 Came here because the last place I tried they didn’t do what I asked for. This place is always welcoming friendly and I love my hairstyle I wanted. I’m not changing where I’m going."
