"Better call before you go. I drove 20 miles to take my daughter to use her gift cards she had gotten for Christmas. We arrived at 3:30pm. Doors were locked. No one inside and no one answered my phone calls. My daughter was so upset. I understand everyone needs a lunch break but to close the entire store for a lunch break?? Not sure what time they went to lunch but figured they would be back by 3:30.."
"Been trying to get my baby ears pierced for the past three weeks everytime I go or call there's an excuse the first time was they were about to have a party the second time they didn't have a piercing gun they were waiting on a new one I waited a week later the same lady told me she didn't have the infant ear rings studs she was waiting on a truck but it could show up any given time I went the next day there was another girl in there she said they didn't have the studs and didn't know when they were coming so apparently they didn't get a truck the day before I guess I called yesterday before I wasted my gas and she gave me the exact same excuse saying she didn't have baby studs how many baby ears are yall piercing a day but I'm starting think either they don't want to or they don't know how to and when I asked about prices they would not give me a straight answer they just say it depends on what you get I'm like ok can you give me an estimate of how much it usually costs geez I'm going to get them regardless I just wanna around how much I'm going to spend so I can prepare my money"
"Having a little girl who enjoys the merchandise keeps me returning. However, I dread it each time. The employee who is there each time we visit seriously lacks in customer service. She has never greeted us nor offered assistance if needed. Most times she stands at the counter and glares at you as you walk in. I've even said hello and she ignored us each time. Smiling also seems challenging. Perhaps a medical reason. Why is it not a standard practice, to greet people? Or offer help? Just like the quality of "not made in America", products. I guess hiring employees who enjoy working with and for the public is foreign at Claire's."
"I had 2 more piercings done by the assistant manager and she was awesome!!!! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me regarding aftercare. She had a great personality and was super sweet!! Even with my child running around the store like crazy. She was very professional and would definitely go back. Hey"
