"The lady who did my hair didn't listen to me at all. She messed up my undercut, it was supposed to be a fade and instead She did a 1 all over. She cut my hair WAY to short. I asked for 3 inches off and she cut about 5 off which doesn't sound a lot but it is. I will NEVER go back."

"I came to this location and clearly on the door it says their hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. I arrived at 3:10pm and the sign says closed please call again won't be back till after 4 p.m.. if your business states that you are open along with the sign that says Great Clips open then you should not be closed I find it hard to believe there is only one person cutting hair throughout the whole day very disappointed will not be back"
