"There are A LOT cars in line. They literally taking one car order at a time and don’t take the next car until the car in front of them receives their food. It’s ridiculous what resturants would do to try to make their “time performance” great for corporate at the expense of making people waste their time. Was in line for 20 mins. And no I was not the last car in line that’s the crazy part of it ."
"Wendy's are pretty much the same everywhere. This one was very clean. The service was very fast and the food was good. In my case, a Dave's single combo. And the biggest plus of all when ordering and dining in. A person taking your order. The Golden Arches can have their kiosks, but they won't have me."
"Came through drive thru, I heavy set lady with glasses, the manager? Was so rude.. I ordered 3 biggie bags for my kids... I was rush...I wanted my burgers plain....did I get that? No.. I wanted to upgrade the size.. but I couldn't do that because I was rushed. Had to pull up to wait for cold food! Had drinks no straws, had nuggets no sauce! Very disappointed. Please train your staff, I shouldn't be rushed, I should be thanked!"
"The food was fresh, hot and my grands are picky. These are the only chicken nuggets they will eat! The lady was really nice to us, and I appreciated the courtesy extended. As a result of how we were treated, I recommend this place, and will return for food when I take my grandchildren to the movies near this Wendy's location."
"I mean it’s Wendy’s I don’t expect much but the service was sad. I came in at 6:30 for some spicy nuggets (my fave). Unfortunately I waited at the counter for about 2 minutes before anyone noticed me. There was no one in the restaurant but a couple sitting down eating. The girl approached me saying , “did you need something?” And I said, “yes I’d like to ORDER.” Why else would I be standing at the counter? The manager on duty (white woman) was clearly angry. I’m glad my nuggets made up for the bad customer service."
