"I got a burrito bowl with fajitas on it, I started eating and it was inedible. Super salty like a salt block and the fajitas tasted like there was soap on them. I went back to tell the employee but I didn’t take the receipt when I paid… but since I was literally there 10 min ago I asked if they could just grab the receipt off the top of the trash and they said no. They refused to try to do anything to help at all, there must be a way to look up my card member. I’ve been trying to find a number to call to speak to a general manager or owner but I can’t one. I’ll never go to another chipotle again"
"I’ve ordered from this location countless times and this has been the most disappointing experience yet. this isn’t the first time i’ve asked for extra portions and time after time the location gets more and more skimpy. overall the portion sizing needs to be reevaluated because the inconsistency makes me not want to return to any location. just disappointing because i do enjoy the food but not if im not getting what i paid for."
