"The only issue is that when I tried to leave the delivery truck blocked me in. When I asked if they could move the truck up 5 feet (yes a whole 5 feet) so I can leave the guy said no that I have to wait until they were done. They just pulled up and started to unload the truck as soon as I was going to leave the store. The truck driver yelled at me that he wasn't going to move. Now if he asked who's truck was parked, I would have left. But again I am blocked in and was yelled at because I need to leave."
"Not only was I given the wrong food and the window shut in my face as i asked for the soda, ketchup, and salt. I had to give them my receipt to show what I ordered and then while they had possession of the receipt they came back and asked again what I had ordered. I said I gave you my receipt but at this point I'd like it back. They pulled me up to a holding area and brought out the food. The nuggets were hot and fresh the fries cold and stale and of course none of the condiments nor napkins. And the worst part is my order receipt stated Ketchup for the nuggets. If I could give it zero I would. Worst waste of 20 plus mins ever"
"You go to McDonald's for fast food. Not the case here. I pull up through the drive thru just before 8:30p. I am the only one in line at this point. I ordered 2 meals and 2 additional sandwiches, so nothing major. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes! They had me pull around up front for part of that wait time. Cars behind me come and go but not before they also waited at least 10 + minutes. I finally get my food and feel my fries are cold! I walk in to explain that I waited all this time and I get cold fries. The worker goes to talk to her manager who then tells her to get me more fries. Those "new" fries are lukewarm at best. They just hand me the fries and walked away again. They are more concerned about emptying the tea containers into multiple cups so they can start their nightly cleaning than they are about getting their customers their food hot! I will not be back."
"All food was cold and stale, except for the drinks which were somehow warm and watery. The mccrispy sandwiches were small and tough, and the fries were clearly old. I also did not receive the correct sized fries. Normally you can at least count on McDonald's to give you a good Coke, but they tasted very off today and were warm. Not sure what caused all these issues, but it was a waste of money"
