"No one around to offer help despite eye contact being made. Had to walk 5 aisles until I found someone and he had an attitude or maybe just couldn’t hear because of his Beats speaker playing loudly. But at least he walkied someone. But for someone to show up took forever, there were 2 other associates that were just walking around aimlessly and talking. They even came to appliances section after they had heard the intercom and saw us but they just pretended to look at the computer and didn’t bother asking us anything. We asked another associate if anyone was willing to help and he just kept screaming for some Marisol person who never showed up. We asked again after a minute or two and he did the same thing. Not until we were close to the front end of lighting aisle did we hear someone scream out hey did you need help, but at that point, I had lost my interest in the 2 fridges and 2 stoves I was going to buy for my rental properties."

"They have a lock on the bathroom and you need a passcode to get in. Someone opened the door that was already in, but one of the gentlemen asked after using the bathroom for the code. The plus size lady as she was walking away said, "why are they just standing there like f--king idiots if they don't have to use the bathroom", when there were about 5 gentlemen and 2 ladies waiting to use the bathroom before that and the one bathroom for men or women was being used by an employee. Well maybe we are standing around because this home depot put a lock with a passcode on the door that is not info we shoppers have. If you don't want to answer questions about what the code is, take it off or find another job where no one asks you questions. Don't judge the people that shop here and are the reason you have a job and the f--king idiots are some of the people that work here and thought putting locks on the bathroom was a great idea. Oh yeah then that plus size lady walked into the back to hide by the lockers, she must have been real busy."

"I love walking around the inside of the Home Depot. I have no idea what. LOL. this 1 is a little more. I get things like this insulation to cover my windows. ( my building is over 100, i don't want to harm the woodwork. The staff will cut it to fit for you. I also got these smaller bins. They were really resonable."

"I went in for an air filter and was already at the counter paying. When Damaris pitched me a sales opportunity i couldn’t refuse. I got 4 air filters for the price of two. She knew the products and sales confidently. She needs a raise. Thank you"

"Today at this location I was picking up three orders and when I got here they were not packed at all I even took the liberty of helping the young lady pack them I have now been here for a hour waiting on these orders, this is absolutely ridiculous and when I asked for a supervisor I was told none of them work today, ( on a Saturday at Home Depot, that’s crazy , no one is helping me get out of here there is one girl packing the stuff who obviously has no idea what she is doing… I do not recommend ordering and or coming to this location it’s absolutely unprofessional and has not sense of urgency or customer care….. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOMEDEPOT 4555 western Chicago Illinois at all"
