"I can’t find any employee who works in here and when u do, they say it’s not there department and to wait for the person who run that department to come off break so 5 people are waiting for a home depot employee to come off break. It would b nice if employees were cross trained to have a little knowledge about where to find other products outside of their area.. every area says wait 4 Robert so nobody knows anything here but “Robert “ and whoever this this Robert guy is , is on lunch so we have to wait! This place is a joke. No one knows anything!"

"The employees are always welcoming and friendly with wonderful advice/tips. I'm doing a few DIY projects this year and some things will be contracted out, but regardless as to who is doing the work. The Home Depot on 87th should be your first stop. The paint and paint supplies as well as the peel and stick are all from Home Depot."

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Customer Service Team at the Dan Ryan Home Depot. Tametta, the ring leader, is full of life and brings a smile each and every time I walk into the store. I'm the Founder CEO of Home and we provide affordable housing opportunities all of the City of Chicago and nearby suburbs. Needless to say, we frequent Home Depot quite a bit and these Young Ladies on the Southside are always worth the trip. I would highly recommend everyone checking this location out for your next Renovation or Home Improvement Project!"

"I'll tell you why it's only okay... They don't know their own prices and after you wait in line you have to go back to wherever you found the items from take pictures of it for the aisles and then they still don't believe you. So they use your camera and your pictures along with somebody from the store to go back to the aisles to double check everything just so they can go back to where you were originally three times before and finally ring you out. At that time you could have rebuilt the pyramids"
