"It's funny all the McDonald's are owned by the same family but Covington can't pull up a mobile order even after I already paid ahead in their app. Let's see, S. Gilbert is greasy with half full fries. Bowman is not edible. Too many idiots work there. The only one that gets it right 99% is North Vermilion. Thanks for not having to check my entire bag every time I leave the store."
"every single time i’ve tried here at night or early morning the service is completely awful. worst service i’ve ever experienced in danville. i’m missing items every single time, and the items i do get are wrong even tho it’s right in the ticket. i’ve given them so many chances but i can’t hold my tongue any longer so i’m just never going back."
"HORRIBLE PLACE. Horrible to employees and even had mold. Saw the manager yell at an employee for no reason. Do NOT eat there. There’s mold and they can’t even get my order correct. Words cannot describe how bad this place is. Get better. Manager was even told about the mold and showed no concern."
"Some friends and I came in around 1pm and this very joyful guy came up and was like “oh my gosh that’s a long line” and made my friends and I laugh he was very kind and funny. After we got our food we saw the polite young man come out of the back crying, me friends and I were very worried for him so we asked if the man was ok, he came and sat with us and started crying more saying “no I’m not ok, I was working and my manager asked me to grab something from the back so I went and I saw mold, so I told her about it and she clocked me off and told me I need to figure stuff out” my friends and I tried to comfort him but the manager came out of the back saying “___ you can’t be doing this, you can’t tell people that we have mold- you need to leave” and then sent the poor young man outside crying, we felt bad and followed after him and tried cheering him up but nothing work. Bad management. Treat employees better."
