Asked him what battery would I need for my key & as he was smacking on the Cheetos, said he couldn’t help me until it was opened. Saw me struggling and still would not offer any help."
"My family was in town to be with someone in the hospital when the car had trouble starting. Tracy B., the store manager, took amazing care of us. She tested and replaced the battery, tested the alternator and then called around to find a shop to replace it for us. She was incredibly kind to us on a difficult day and very knowledgeable about parts and services. I 100% recommend this Autozone and Tracy!"
