However she refused. I was not even rude about it and tipped her. I trusted her and my hair is still damaged and recovering months later. So traumatizing."

"I went to Dana the owner of salon for a hair trim and root touch up. I paid her for service with my bank card, and was going to leave a cash tip. When she sent my receipt to me through text it showed I gave her a 21.00 tip. I did not add a tip, I signed my name and sent pay button. I cannot believe she won’t refund the 21.00, plus I was charged almost $4.00 for using my bank card. I can’t ask for that back but I should get my 21.00 back! She said no refunds. She could credit the entire transaction and I can pay her for the hair service. This is not professional at all to do this."
