Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I have used Enterprise for years upon years. The customer service, and I use that term very lightly. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Huff and puff to do there jobs. HELLO!! YOUR JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT SIT ON FACEBOOK ALL DAY. Which the "dude" here was doing when I walked in. Never again, I will ride to Skyland before I come here again."

"My experience with Enterprise is consistently WONDERFUL! The entire process is GREAT! Everything is upfront with NO hidden fees.The staff provides excellent customer satisfaction! The vehicles that I’ve rented have been thoroughly cleaned & sanitized! Rates are Very comparable if NOT better than some of the competitors. What’s there NOT to Love?"

"I also wish I can give a zero star like others want. insurance rented for me, I have no other options. I even read the reviews ahead, but my real experience in the store was worse than I anticipated. NEVER EXPECT they would drop your rental car where you appoint, you have to go to the store and return it yourself. they always say 'Wait a few seconds, please', but their seconds mean at least half an hour to most people and 1 hour to me. after people who came later than me drove away and I complained long wait, I finally had a smoking smell dirty-seat car. what shocked me is the staffs declined all coming-in calls, NEVER CALL THEM. I know it's understaffed, but that's not an excuse for the company to allow terrible service. On the return day, the only lady there checked me in and gave me a ride back home quickly, but I don't remember her name. thank her, it's my only good experience with the store."

"I wish you could give zero stars. I have rented from Enterprise dozens of times in multiple States. I called at 9:00 from the repair shop to see if I could get picked up half a mile away like I have been numerous times before, and I am greeted with a "we don't do that". I was then told that my reservation wasn't until 10:00 but they didn't have any cars for me anyway so it didn't matter. The conversation went downhill from there. I was left scrambling to find other arrangements so that I could get my terminally ill special needs child from daycare. Luckily I was able to arrange something and at 10:00 I went by that location and there were eight cars ready to be rented but apparently none for me. I have dealt with less belligerently rude people at the DMV."
