"The customer service desk associate that I asked for help this evening was extremely rude and immediately began to argue with me about Walmart’s price matching policy. She was using her phone incorrectly when trying to look up the online price and refused to look at my screen with the correct information. She just kept arguing with me. Eventually, a supervisor took over and handled the transaction. I am extremely disappointed by the way that I was treated by the first employee, even for Walmart standards."
"Came with my daughter in law who is 7 months pregnant, and we did online pick up. What a joke, We waited in the marked pick-up spot for over 30 minutes after checking in. Nobody came, finally had to walk in. Staff not helpful.. Finley found out they moved pick up to other side but didn't cover all the signes.. place sucks..."
"Walmart has made some changes. To improve the store's appearance, which does look nice. However, I am not a fan of self checkout. You stand in line forever waiting to be checked out by the few cashiers most of the time it's only 2 or 3 cashiers checking out. It would be nice to see the company do away with the free labor self checkout stands."
