"I was getting a cabin filter replaced they didn't even know where the cabin filter was located on my car and took them 40mins to find it so they charged me $45 for labor talking about it took over half hour of labor but that's not my fault yall didn't know where to located it at. The guy told me after 20mins of trying to take my glove box lose i didn't have a cabin filter i told him every car has one and its down by the floor board behind the gear shifter he then say no most cabin filter are behind the glove box i told him no it wasn't he took evrry screw out my glove box trying to take it lose and my glove box doesn't come lose he was bending it to the point I got mad bcuz u are messing up my car. Finally after I told him where it was located for the 5th time he looked it up on YouTube and say this the 1st time he ever seen that. So they end u charging me $70 for something thar suppose to take only 5-10 mins. The dealership had a filter for $32 and no labor charge i should have just went there but I was giving Northport a try cuz I was told the filter is $17 but they charged me $70 for filter & labor. That's wasn't right at all because ur guys didn't know anything about how to replace a cabin filter in a 2021 nissan maxima."

"I visited this shop to repair the pinhole in the tire. The employee was very kind and professional. I also appreciate his honesty. I have visited many body shops for my car and was angry because they deceived. However, employee in this shop was very reliable. I strongly recommend this shop."

"Yesterday was my first visit to this shop. I called a few days prior to setup an appointment. I was able to bring in the vehicle the afternoon before my appointment. I also had a ride setup in advance. My vehicle drop-off experience was easy and the staff was helpful. I expect to continue to receive excellent customer service, detailed repair information, and fair/honest pricing. Customers should keep in mind that the parking lot is small and appointments will always fill up fast so call ahead. When setting up your appointment be prepared to wait a day or two - in most cases. I didn't mind the wait, but if you require same-day service this may not be the place for you (depending on what type of service you require). I will update this review with my final thoughts when the service is complete. I suspect I'll be back because the customer service so far is going to be hard to beat."

"The appointment was kept timely. The bill was as agreed upon. Kevin did a quick and thorough job of changing the oil and rotating/ balancing the tires. No hassle or pressuring was used in the experience. I bought my tires at a reasonable price from them a couple months back and they have held to their word and policies concerning them. I highly recommend your consideration of these guys for your tire and oil needs."
