"I've been a regular customer here for about a year. Typically, Brian takes care of my nail service, while any available nail technician does my pedicure. Today, I came in for a nail fill-in and a pedicure. Initially, the technician started to file the red polish off my toes for the acrylic fill-in, but I asked her to completely remove the old polish first. Despite my request, she proceeded to apply acrylic on top of the old polish and had to seek assistance from another worker. I decided to forgo the French tips I initially wanted and just have my entire nail painted. However, she stated that I was being picky and asked me to leave. I expressed that I was fine without the French tips, but they stopped the service. It's disappointing that many businesses like this seem to lack a consistent standard of service while increasing their prices. If you're seeking quality service, I recommend exploring other options."

"This is my GO TO place!! They really get to know the preferences of their regulars. Liz is the only person in the city that I’ll let touch my nails!! I show up with just and idea and Liz handles the rest!! The shop is always super clean and inviting!! Steven does my pedicures and he is THE MAN!!! Those two handle my services but everyone in the shop is A+!! They will not disappoint!!!"

"Brian did my nails Saturday morning I asked for a French gold chrome with an overlay the gold wasn’t not chrome at first the sides of the were showing black I pointed it out and he fixed it but the black was still showing. Then they told me to get my toes done and that they would fix my nails my toes were better than my finger nails(okay). Liz was suppose to fix it but she rubbed on the gold but was sloppy. I went to pay my total was $118.45 they didn’t mention it being extra $25 for a specialty French i did expect to pay over $100 plus tip for a great job not this kind of job. I’m not sure if they knew how to do it or not but it was sloppy work the overlay some parts are thicker than other the French tip it sloppy some thicker than other finger nails they look ombré now because instead of removing the gold tip part and doing it over again they just went over it again with the gold so that’s why it’s already rubbing and chipping off. Once I left the shop 2hrs later the same day gold started rubbing on some nails and even chipped of on my thumb that’s not suppose to do that I just paid a lot of money to get them done and not how I wanted. I will not be returning to this nail salon."
