"I decided to get my arms waxed for my birthday. The lady who started my wax passed me over to someone who appeared to be in training. She got wax on my hands and fingers and the way she waxed me was very patchy. The worst part though is that they used Goo Gone Adhesive remover to take off the excess wax (which was an excessive amount indeed). I googled it to make sure it was safe on skin but as you can see from the attached pictures it is not. A nurse just informed me I have folliculitis on my arms which began a few days after I had them waxed (have never experienced this before). Will not be returning and my fear is that they are using this adhesive remover on clients after their Brazilian waxes. Beware!"

"Made an appointment for the Mink lashes. Got there on time for my appointment. Only for them to put the $35 lashes on me. I told the person it was the $100 lashes but I guess because it was crowded it wasn’t important what I wanted. Kinda upset because this would have been my first time getting the mink lashes and I was so excited. I think what made me even more annoyed is one eye is fuller than the other and she was like they last 2-3 weeks. I don’t care I wanted the 4-6 weeks and this is because she was late and rushing me."

"I absolutely adore lavish! I have been coming to them since august and they do an amazing job! The staff is very polite and attentive. Pooja does an amazing job with my eyelash extensions. I have gotten classic mink lashes before and recently started getting the volume mink lashes and they are amazing! With proper care my lashes last me for weeks to where I only need a fill in every once in a while. Very fair prices"
