"My gas lid door came off after a car wash when I ask the worker if it was found when I went back he just dismissed me and didn’t even ask anyone else about it. Walker County Jasper Alabama. That really made me angry so I will stick to Birmingham. They will go and get the part and repair it but this person just did not care about my gas door being off. I went and bought a new one"
"The tire shine is problematic practically all the time. At, the driver's side would get enough polish to shine evenly around the tire, but the passenger side tires would get some shine along with some dry spots. This has been an ongoing problem for at least two years. It is evident that, this repairs have not been made to provide a permanent solution. The temporary solution is to have one of the attendants manually apply tire shine to the tires, but they are almost always too short-staffed to manage the entrance, handle customer issues, and address vacuum system problems to be able to help. The constant malfunctions in equipment, usually turn a five minute car wash into a 20 minute ordeal to get the full service that you paid for."
"Prince was really nice w customer service, made sure I was taken care of. This place is my go to. I still come to this car wash as it's very convenient. The staff is nice and helpful if needed . There are a couple of vacuums that are out of order, so look where you park or you'll have to re- park to be able to use one."
