"I bought a refurbished fuel pump back in December and it worked fine for about 4 months and started having issues. Finally, the fuel pump seized up on the plunger. I took the pump back, and after waiting literally 6 hours they tested it and it was leaking, so another 1.5 hours they "fixed" it. I used it fine for about two weeks, then the pump started having the same issue, the plunger was sticking. I call them on my way there and they tell me I am days outside of the original warranty and will not honor it since they already worked on it once for free. This is a terrible business practice, and will certainly cause them to run off future repeat customers. All because they worked on it once for free she told me that United would not honor it because it was days out of the 6 month warranty. They were insulted that I brought it back, you could tell that by the way they tried repairing it cheaply, meaning g putting it back together with all the same gaskets and HOPING it wouldn't leak. I will pay double the price from now on and will tell EVERYONE how horrible they are. "Yea, I'm sorry, we will have to revert to the original warranty date!" These were the last words she spoke. This whole repair and down time has cost me about 25k"
