"The few times that I have been in the er department all the nurses and drs have just been very nice to me. I was also admitted one time because I had to get and emergency amputation (below the knee) the surgical team and all the hospital nurses and doctors were just amazing to me. Also shout out to dr d’Lisa bitterly for saving my life."
"4.5 stars. The ER has improved a lot since a necessary visit years ago. The hospital personnel asked/verified my identity before proceeding with my health procedure/tests/etc. Dr explained what he diagnosed after testing and my symptoms. He let me decide if I wanted to stay overnight or if I wanted to do a follow up with my Dr. I was very impressed with the updated ER and the ER personnel."
"Thank you to Dr Baker and her team Saturday night. I drove from Decatur to Cullman in the cold icy weather for treatment for my illness because Decatur and Huntsville health system would not give me adequate treatment, prescribe me any medications, or even be sympathetic to what was going on with me. And yes it was worth the drive to get the treatment and prescriptions I needed to get over my sickness. The facility itself is ALOT nicer and cleaner than Decatur or Huntsville so that’s a big plus in my eyes. I will be going here moving forward. Thank you again to Dr Baker and her team."
"My experience with both the Emergency Room and being admitted into the hospital were the same. The doctors and nurses actually took the time to explain everything where the patient can actually understand it. The doctors and nurses were polite, courteous and explained everything where the patient and family members can actually understand it. They actually seem like they go the extra mile where you hardly get that anymore!"
