"Horrible experience for a man to be yelling at my sick mother with cancer. the manager was cleaning the doors and let other people in and then slammed the door on my mom then when my mom opened the door he started yelling at her and saying “what what?” “What are you going to do about it” “keeping walking” - THE MANAGER. It was so rude and uncalled for so we went to Micheal kors and bought a bag there instead. Don’t work in customer service if you have a problem with people- especially a managerial position. Shame on him. Low class manners."

"Sometimes it be your own people. We into the store with a group of 4 and were watched the entire time. We came in with the intention of purchasing a couple items but stayed surrounded by staff the entire time. I know what you are thinking.. the workers were just trying to assist us with our purchase but no. No one asked us any questions, we were just watched. We were not the only people on the store either so it leaves you thinking… hmmm what were the difference between my group and the other groups in the store….yes you guessed it. Two people from our group went in separately after we left and had the same experience. I do not shop where I’m uncomfortable."

"You can't ask for a better staff than in this store. JT, Ricky, Kenny, Sagittarian, Cheri, Jada and Sandy have gone out of their way and bent over backwards to help me style myself, locate items, search stock in the back and put sets together for me to consider. I always leave smiling and usually with more than I went in for! The store is clean, perfectly faced and organized! That makes it so easy to shop!"

"As those of you who read my reviews, you know that I use a term to celebrate a company or individual. The term has been used on my maternal family's side for generations. Top Notch is that exclusive highest of all compliments that one would give in my family. I send such accolades with great honor to the Coach Store. Coach, to me, is one of my favorite higher brand name products I enjoy. Right up there with Gucci and Louis Vuitton and I believe the quality of coach has in many ways lasted longer and has better quality over my other great items I own from other luxury brands. Heck, I still to this day have the Coach pieces from I had in highschool. When the brand was strictly a beautiful leather with coach's identity recognition only found on a leather tag. To know the product way back in those days was a gifted eye. This location is one I have just stumbled upon. I have recently relocated from Atlanta and I'm thrilled. I hope to shop here regularly. With such a gorgeous decor, superb staff and amazing super priced selection, I am certain this plan will come to fruition. Kudos, Robby Duty"

Bianca also was sweet and today another amazing young lady Gabby even sent me a picture of what I ordered so i could make sure it was right. Your staff is really above par."
