"I was very upset with their return policy. I bought two shirts one weekend when they had buy 1 get 1 50% off. 1 shirt for my son and 1 for my husband. Went back the next weekend to EXCHANGE the shirt for my husband for a smaller size. Same shirt...just a medium instead of a large. They were going to make me pay the difference in price. Clearly on my receipt it can be seen that I purchased two shirts with the deal they had going on and I wasn't trying to return the shirt, get a different type of shirt, or get over on them. I just wanted to exchange for the same shirt...smaller size. In essence, they would not honor their own price. I left and will never shop Guess again."

"The employees where on the phone when we entered the store and didn't even looked up, later when we looked for someone to open the dressing room she was extremely rude and totally ignored me when I asked a question and just walked away. Totally bad customer service"

She didn’t even say thank you, have a nice day..nothing. This world we live in is hard, let’s get along and if you’re going to work with the direct public you need to have people skills and leave the attitude at the door."

"Today evening I revisited here. But the manager said me, only full price product is available to change. When I visited there first time, they didn't notice it. I can't under stand this situation. Also, she made membership card without my wife's agreement. She just told my wife, the personal information that she asked was just for exchange. This situation she made was totally rude!!"
