"I went in looking for some big and tall sizes, unfortunately at this location they didn’t have any. However the gentleman working told me about some online stuff that had been returned and that he could sell me those if I wanted. After a couple minutes he came out with 7 choices, and I bought 6 of them lol. Great to see that custom service still exists."

"My son is a college student and went into the store this morning looking for some items he needed for some upcoming events. We recommended him shopping at Brooks Brothers because my husband wears this brand and really likes their clothing. He has been a customer for many years. The older lady that works at the store was VERY RUDE to him from the moment he walked into the store. The only help he received from her was directing him to the clearance section because they had $25 shirts and he could probably find what he was looking for over there. I don’t think she realized we were on the phone with him trying to help him pick out things. So, needles to say, instead of gaining a lifelong, repeat customer, he walked out without purchasing a thing. He said he will never go back to Brooks Brothers. I would never recommend this store for anyone to shop, but especially a college kid trying to purchase some clothing. Thanks a lot old lady for not helping my son and making his shopping experience horrible."
"I went into this store looking for several suits for my wardrobe, I immediately noticed that my wife and I were not greeted as we walked in the door. I initially believed this was due to the clerk being busy with a patron only to find out that the person I presumed to be a patron was an employee. At this point there are only 4 people in the store, My wife and I and the two employees, for 20 minutes we went ignored in this store. We left quietly and I proceeded to spend the $5000 I had for suits elsewhere. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but rest assured, I'll never waste my time going there again."
"This review is several months late. The husband and wife duo that work here are top notch. They took the time to talk to me and help me for an hour or two to find everything I needed. The service here was 10 stars if I could give them that. The non-factory Brooks store at the Summit is horrendous compared to this place."
