"Lawrence Brown - AEO employee - Very Rude - Yelled at me!! Managers look at the video. Then tried to tell me he was the manager. Regardless needs to be fired. Never been treated like that before. Customer Service Terrible - Not sure why - I’m white maybe. I’ll go back to Tuscaloosa AEO where customers service means something."
"I LOVE American Eagle, it’s my favorite store. However, I was less than pleased with my experience today. Of course nothing was wrong with the clothes, and the manager even rang up my clothes so that I would save the most money; but the cashier, Kayla, was not very polite and I did not appreciate her snappy attitude. Considering there’s a guy that works there that I refer to as “my friend at American Eagle” I was pretty disappointed with the customer service."
"The outlet was nice but prices on jeans are not cheaper than the mall. They do have more clearance items than the mall store but their staple items are not discounted at all. Most of the staff was helpful. The only one was the fitting room clerk was a bit rude."
