"Although I appreciate the service I received, the lack of transparency in pricing is concerning. I used to be a customer when it was Royal Nail and Spa but stopped due to an unexpected upcharge during my last appointment. Recently, under new management as Sugar Nails, my boyfriend suggested giving them another chance. I discussed my previous issue with the nail technician, and she empathized. We both had pedicures, and I got an acrylic full set with gel polish on nails and toes. Despite paying $209, there were still undisclosed charges, leaving me dissatisfied. I feel I was charged per finger per design. I was told 20$ for gel polish 20$ for design. The design polish was gel but the base is just a generic acrylic nail base."
