He really got my "I'm lazy and frequently forget to use product" attitude and didn't judge. Also, the two people at the front desk who greeted me (and who's names I forgot) were really friendly and polite. They offered me a drink and my wait was very short. I was early for my appointment and they did not keep me waiting. I will be back."
