"Upon arriving home with my carryout order this evening, I noticed several items were missing. I was highly irritated, but called and spoke calmly to a manager named David. He was very professional and handled the situation perfectly. He apologized and made things right. Gregory delivered our remake order and was caring and professional. Props to these two men at the location down from Huntsville Hospital!! It is obvious that they take pride in their jobs and value their customers. Thank you so much!!"
"Guy who delivered to my job where I only have 20 minutes for lunch showed up 16 minutes late. He snatched food out of my hands because I was upset he took so long, he said “y’all can say what you want to say,” about how upset we all were he showed up late. He said you don’t have to tip. I said I wasn’t gonna! I can’t understand each time I order from steak out how come they always come late even though I order so early, hours early, we’ll this will be the very last time. I plan to spread the word about the behavior of the delivery guy and this bad service. The picture is a co worker eating her food she got late on her last break 2 hours after the delivery guy showed up late. She had to rush just to get a bite because she felt so sick to her stomach from hunger, on her 10 minute break. Unacceptable"
