"The vibe and experience was top tier. The only thing I didn't like was in the quiet room people where in there talking and they didn't respect the direction s posted on the doors before walking in. Other than that, Brian was awesome"
"Bed was comfortable...room temperature was up and down...last day there was a smell of gas. This is our annual girls' weekend for one of our birthdays. One young lady traveled with was sick and a headache. We were told that because the ships get their tanks filled, the entire hotel smells like that. Well, last year, when we visited (same weekend), we did not have that issue. We were compensated with X amount off (gas money). Most would have given a given points or a free night stay. However, all is well. We will find another in Mobile or change cities. Other than that, we had a good time."
"I can’t believe this room is publicly rented . It was also on my list through amex (I will be writing them next).The water came out brown, the view from the room was awful. The roof had scaffolding in place ,trash was everywhere and I woke up to noise from a worker out on the roof! The window was cracked and I didn’t feel safe in the room. I cant recommend this hotel. Spa was excellent ."
"We booked massages for my daughter’s birthday & had a very relaxing experience! The facility is clean & well maintained. Our masseuse’s were very professional and they are talented individuals. The cost was affordable & worth the investment to pamper yourself!!"
